Altering time of shipment（因船期關(guān)系）
(1)請(qǐng)注意，由于船期關(guān)系，要到一月底才能裝運(yùn)。
Owing to the shipping schedule, it will be impossible for us to ship the goods until the end of January, with please note.
(2)我們遺憾不能按您的要求于三月初裝運(yùn)此貨，因?yàn)榈劫F方巴士拉港的直接船每月在20號(hào)左右抵達(dá)我港。
We regret our inability to comply with your request for shipping the goods in early March, because the direct steamer sailing for Basrah calls on our port only around the 20th every month.
(3)由于每一次抵港的直接船已啟航，貨只能下月裝運(yùn)。
As the only direct steamer which calls on our port once a month has just departed, goods can only be shipped next month.
Altering time of shipment (our responsibility)因我方責(zé)任
(1)由于目前工廠設(shè)備維修將推遲裝運(yùn)期一個(gè)月，請(qǐng)接受交期延至二〇〇一年四月。
The present overhaul of equipments in the mills will delay the shipment for one month's time, therefore, please accept the postponement of shipment till April, 2001.
(2)我們很抱歉，工廠在印制貴方要求的小樣時(shí)遇到困難，請(qǐng)同意交期延至七月底。
We regret that our mills are facing difficulty in the course of printing the design required, and should ask for your consent to the postponement of shipment to the end of July.
(3)由于工廠在生產(chǎn)您訂的貨時(shí)遇到意外困難，請(qǐng)貴方買(mǎi)戶(hù)同意，將交期推遲至下月底。
Because the mills are confronted with unexpected difficulty in producing the goods ordered, please ask the buyers to agree to the deferment of delivery to the end of next month.
Altering time of shipment (client's responsibility)因客戶(hù)責(zé)任
(1)由于開(kāi)證遲緩，貨不能按約裝出，須推遲到九、十月份。
Owing to the delay in opening L/C, shipment can not be made as contracted and should be postponed to September and October.
(2)因您花樣搭配來(lái)遲，貨只能于2001年8月付運(yùn)。
Since your design assortment reached us late, it will be impossible to effect the shipment until August 2001.
(3)花樣只有經(jīng)過(guò)工廠同意后方能生產(chǎn)，因此，貨已不可能按約于本月內(nèi)裝運(yùn)，所以有此而產(chǎn)生的遲裝全系貴方?jīng)]有及時(shí)送來(lái)花樣而致。
Only after the manufacturer's approval, can the designs be arranged for production. Therefore, it is impossible for us to ship the goods within this month as contracted, and the delay in shipment is entirely due to your failure in sending us the designs in time.
