Clients' samples refused & substitute requested

(1)我們工廠認(rèn)為貴方指定之顏色均選自硫化/直接的色布色卡，不能適用于貨號64040，因?yàn)榱蚧伾睦味炔蝗珀幍な苛帧９收垙奈腋I第四號色卡中另行挑選，并盡快通知我們。

Our mills find that the colours required are all chosen from the colour chart for Dyed Shirting (Sulphur/Direct) which is not applicable to Art. No.64040 as the fastmess of sulphur colour is not so good as that of indanthrene. Please select from our Colour Chart for Poplin No.4 and let us know as soon as possible.

(2)經(jīng)與工廠協(xié)商，據(jù)告由于黑色與太青色不相適應(yīng)，他們不能按貴方要求印制該貨，請另寄色樣以調(diào)換太青色。

In the consultation with the mills, we were informed that due to antagonism between the black ground and the turquoise, they could not print the goods as required. You are therefore, requested to send us another colour sample to replace the turquoise.

(3)請告知我們貴方是否授權(quán)我們工廠修改原樣，抑或貴方另行寄樣。

Please let us know whether you authorize our mill to modify the design or send us design a new.
