Design modification and design deviation
(1)由于該花型的循環(huán)大于印花滾筒圓周,所以必須按比例縮小花型循環(huán)的尺寸。
Owing to the design repeat bigger than the circumference of the printing roller, it is neccessary to reduce the size of your design repeat proportionally.
(2)因?yàn)橘F方的來(lái)樣太小,花型不全,請(qǐng)另行提供花型完整的樣品。
Since your samples are too small to show complete pattern, you are requested to provide us with designs in full repeat.
(3)經(jīng)告之工廠不接受這一花型,因?yàn)樗某叽缡?4",而工廠只能接受不超過(guò)18"的花型循環(huán)。
We are advised that the size of the design repeat is about 24" which is not acceptable to your mills who are only in a position to take a design repeat in a size not bigger than 18".
(4)花型中的小點(diǎn)子須做適當(dāng)?shù)姆糯蟆?/P>
The minute dots in the design should be appropriately enlarged.
(5)經(jīng)研究該花型,我們工廠建議花型中的留白須用地色代替,方能有更華美的外觀和更好的印花效果。
Having discussed the design,our mills suggest that the remaining white be replaced by the ground colour so as to obtain more attractive appearance and better printing effect.
(6)按我們的理解是,點(diǎn)子、花朵和另瓣的顏色均應(yīng)換成白色,而葉脈和花朵的勾線(或輪廓線)仍保持原來(lái)的黑色。
To our understanding, colours of the spots, flowers and leaves are to be changed into white, while the veins and the outlines of flowers will remain black as they are.
(7)我們工場(chǎng)的意見(jiàn)是,花樣內(nèi)的涂料白點(diǎn)以留白代替。
For the white dots in the design tinged with pigment, our manufacturer's idea is to replace them by remaining white.
(8)貴方提供花樣需用防拔染生產(chǎn),不適合做樹(shù)脂處理,如貴方仍要此花型,請(qǐng)授權(quán)我方改為直接?。ㄌ子。蛄砑幕觼?lái)代替。
Your design requires discharge and resist printing because it is mot applicable to goods to be resined. We request that this, if still needed, be produced with your authorization by over-printing, or be replaced by a new one.
(9)鑒于工藝上的原因,我們已授權(quán)工廠將褐色條子花型改為點(diǎn)子花。
On account of technological reason, we have authorized our mill to change the brown stripes into spots.
(10)我們認(rèn)為在醬色底上印黑花不美觀,特?cái)M定稍微修改,以獲得更好的效果。
We think that black flower on maroon ground cannot constitute an attractive design, a slight modification will be made to achieve a better effect.
